Customer and business information is used only to operate orders, quotations, support and account services. Supplier, wholesaler, reseller and affiliate records are private admin data and are not published on the public storefront.

Terms & Conditions

Product availability, MOQ, quantity breaks, quotations and negotiated terms are subject to confirmation. Prices and availability may change before an order is confirmed.

Wholesale & RFQ Terms

Wholesale orders may require business verification, MOQ compliance, quotation approval and confirmation of delivery charges. RFQs are requests for quotation, not guaranteed orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Wholesale delivery is estimated from verified courier inputs and confirmed at checkout. Delivery may vary by destination, weight, COD, remote-area status and service level. Retail delivery rules are separate from wholesale rules.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled according to product condition, order type and confirmed seller terms. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported promptly with order evidence.
